“Emergency calls now routed through
native dialer.”

says as:
“No emergency calls with Skype: Skype is not a replacement for your

I am unable to deduce, what is the
correct stance, whether we may call emergency numbers with Skype or not? Or
only this is permitted over Apple iOS (iPhone) Skype app, version 4.5 onward?
