UAE: How to get Etisalat & DU VoIP Calling Cards?

UAE / Dubai / Gulf is very infamous for blocking VoIP free or cheap calls which uses internet data packets to route the voice or video calls,

The 2 big telephone operators in UAE: DU and Etisalat do not permits VoIP companies like Skype, Viber, Facetime, Blackberry BBM or Tango etc. to make free or cheap unlimited internet calling over PC or mobiles, due to declining revenues, and also they want to sell their own branded VoIP packages instead of promoting Skype, Viber etc. in UAE, which they have blocked,

But people still use Skype and other such VoIPs by the way or proxies, VPN or using hardware purchased, out of UAE!

But now Etisalat is all set to debut and sell its own VoIP calling cards in Dubai malls and shopping centers, Etisalat business centers ... there are reports that there are 5 type of such VoIP cards are available, 

According to the Gulf News, the Etisalat's internet calling cards will compete with the VoIP cards 'HELLO', which are already being selling there from Emirates Integrated Telecommunication Company (EITC) which is a holding company of DU, the other UAE telco.

Gulf News further elaborates:

"Etisalat’s Five calling card offers discounted call rates to Bangladesh, China, India, Kuwait, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Sri Lanka for as little as 40 fils per minute, plus users can make calls to other countries at normal rates."
